Overview

The college started BBA degree full-time course in the year 2007 and BCA degree full-time course in 2008. Both courses are affiliated with Shivaji University Kolhapur. The syllabus of BBA and BCA courses prescribed by Shivaji University has been completed in time during the academic years 2022-23 & 2023-24.

Our College has provided sufficient classrooms, reading rooms, girls' rooms, boys' rooms, digital classrooms, language labs, etc. to the BBA students. College has provided a sophisticated computer lab to students with broadband internet connection. Students have free access to internet facilities. All books concerned with subjects including reference books have been provided to students in the college central library. OHP and LCD Projector have been also provided to students.

Students Centered Activities

• Welcome Function of BBA & BCA – 1st Year students: This activity was to make the introduction of new students with old students and to make new students aware of the college and their future challenges.
• Valedictory Function: This function was conducted to give best wishes to BBA – III and BCA-III year students for their bright future. Third-year students shared their views and experiences about the college with students.
• Traditional Day: We celebrated Traditional Day. Students participated by wearing traditional uniforms and performed traditional activities. Students organized and participated in Funny Games, Music Chair, and Various Cultural activities conducted on Traditional Day.
• Cultural, Curricular, and Co-Curricular Activities: BBA & BCA students participated in different cultural, curricular, and co-curricular activities organized by the college such as the college magazine ‘Yashodhan’, Gymkhana Day, Teacher Day, etc.

Students Enrichment Programs

• Project Work: As per the Shivaji University curriculum, all BBA & BCA – III year students completed project work in IT, financial, marketing, HR, and production fields in organizations under the valuable guidance of faculty members.
• Students’ Seminars: All BBA students gave seminars on topics given to them by the faculty members of each subject.
• Industrial Visit: An industrial visit was organized to Kirloskar Brothers Ltd. Kirloskarwadi, an MNC company. Our BBA-II and III-year students participated in this visit. They learned about the manufacturing of pumps, the use of pumps for different purposes worldwide, factory layout, required skills, technology, management, etc. Mr. Sangram Ghorapade (HR Manager) guided our students.

Goals of the Department

• To provide the facility for acquiring technical & managerial knowledge to the students of our college.
• To ingrain basic technological & managerial concepts among students.
